ALBERT DIPIERO, MD, MPH
Albert Dipiero cofounded ZOOM+Care in 2006 with Dave Sanders and served as its Chief Medical Officer through its sale to Peace Health in December 2018. Albert cofounded MyHealthBank and Salu with Dave Sanders.
Albert has wide-ranging interest in healthcare and has published widely in peer-reviewed journals.

Elizabeth Blades brings over twenty years of experience in developing brands and user experiences for leading global brands. Her recent roles included ZOOM+Care, where she served as the Brand Design Director and led the overhaul of the ZOOM+Care brand and user experience throughout the digital and retail environments.
Before ZOOM+Care, she was a Creative Director at Ziba Design, an award-winning innovation, and design agency headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. During her tenure at Ziba Design, she honed the craft of creating brands and experiences for a wide range of global clients. Her work with Ziba earned recognition from IDSA, AIGA, VMSD, Red Dot, Graphis, and Print.
SARA GILLHAM, ND
Sara Gillham combines a clinician’s understanding of the mind and body with a consumer advocate’s passion for creating exceptional experiences. She has helped brands such as ZOOM + Care and Banfield Pet Hospital redefine and elevate best-in-class health and wellness services. She responds to consumers’ needs today and anticipates the demands of tomorrow, creating adaptive physical and digital products to support and drive growth.
Sara holds a doctorate degree from the National University of Naturopathic Medicine and spent several years working directly with patients as a health care provider. Her passions include medical research, design, sustainability, and amplifying underrepresented voices, all of which inform her work at Awesome Studios.
CLINICAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
JEFFREY KATZ, MD
Since 2003, Jeff has been a board certified family physician, medical leader, educator and designer of state-of-the-art health systems. Jeff became site director of a primary care practice in Portland, Oregon prior to joining Dave and Albert at ZOOM+Care. There he contributed to building ZOOM into the Northwest’s premier urgent and primary care practice.
At ZOOM+Care, Jeff designed a novel training and supervisory system that enabled broad scale without sacrificing quality. This enabled the company to grow to over 50 neighborhood clinics including specialty and emergency services. He recruited, trained, mentored, and led over 100 clinicians including primary care and specialist physicians, PAs and FNPs to practice in the innovative model. Since ZOOM+Care’s inception, Jeff managed the clinical quality issues, legal cases, insurance claims, and customer service complaints involving medical care.
In 2015, Jeff served as the first chief medical information officer for Steward Health Care, a network of 10 community hospitals in Massachusetts, while also an adjunct faculty of Tufts University School of Medicine.
Upon returning to ZOOM+Care in 2016, he took on the role of VP of Education and Clinical Systems, and later the Medical Director of Specialty Services.
